New menu item: gelato and sorbet pies!


As the holidays draw quickly on the horizon and we prepare to gather around the table with our loved ones, we thought no better time to release our newest menu item: Gelato & Sorbet Pies! We make each of our pies from scratch; including our crusts, whipping cream, toppings and, of course, gelato and sorbet. We believe that when you share dessert with loved ones, you share more than just taste and texture; you share emotion and memories.

Signature pies

Dirty Coconut Sorbet Pie*
This pie transports owner and creative force, Jasmine Chida, back to a beloved trip to Hawaii. The street vendor used their mother’s recipe and Jasmine visited nearly every day for a slice! The pie incorporated two cultures and heritages into the recipe: Hawaiian and German; which reminds her of her own blended background. Dirty Coconut sorbet originates from this memory and this pie pays homage to that sweet Hawaiian pie recipe.

About the pie: We make our own pie crust with Earth Balance dairy-free butter. Laced on top of the crust is dairy-free chocolate then topped with our Dirty Coconut sorbet, our house-made coconut (dairy-free) whipping cream, and semi-sweet (dairy-free) chocolate chips.

Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake Pie
Plain and simple, Jasmine’s staff loves this turtle cheesecake pie and its flavor combo! If you love chocolate and cheesecake, we think you’ll love our Texas twist.

About the pie: We start with our house-made buttery graham cracker crust; topping it with our Chocolate Cheesecake gelato. We then lace on our caramel, Texas candied pecans and house-made chocolate whip cream. Truly decadent and rich, but deliciously balanced by cheesecake.


Texas Whiskey Butter and Pecan Praline Pie
This pie is all about great whiskey, but more importantly, local Texas whiskey from Whitmeyer’s Whiskey.

About the pie: We top our graham cracker crust with rich, buttery and boozy scoops of our Whiskey Butter gelato. Our gelato is mixed with our house-made candied Texas pecans mixed throughout the gelato and topped with caramel sauce and house-made praline crunch.

Pumpkin Spice Toasted Meringue Pie*
Pumpkin spice fans rejoice! This pie is for you. 

About the pie: Our house-made gingersnap crust is made with fresh ginger and molasses. Our pumpkin spice gelato is a fresh take on “pumpkin spice”; made with our own freshly ground spice blend: nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. We top this pie with our fluffy meringues (contains eggs) and sprinkled with fresh ground nutmeg.
